Stay at the start of the Norfolk Coast Path
Ellinbrook Guest House is located in Hunstanton on the West Norfolk coast, within walking distance of the seafront and the beginning of the Norfolk Coast Path.
Its location makes it particularly well placed for walkers arriving in Hunstanton before setting out along the 84-mile / 135 km trail to Hopton-on-Sea. Hunstanton can be reached by bus or taxi from King's Lynn, the nearest main railway station, allowing walkers to arrive the day before beginning the route.
From Hunstanton, the Norfolk Coast Path follows the shoreline north towards Hunstanton Cliffs and Old Hunstanton, before turning east towards Holme-next-the-Sea. At Holme, the route connects with the Peddars Way before continuing through the beaches, dunes, saltmarshes and nature reserves of the Norfolk Coast National Landscape.
Staying in Hunstanton also provides time to explore the town, seafront and cliffs before beginning the longer journey east along the Norfolk coast.
