Finishing the Norfolk Coast Path at Hopton-on-Sea

The final miles are straightforward and easy to follow.

After reaching Hopton-on-Sea, most walkers continue a short distance to nearby transport connections.
Options include:
- Walking north to Gorleston-on-Sea or Great Yarmouth
- Local bus connections along the coast
- Continuing south into Suffolk

The nearest rail access point is Great Yarmouth, located north of Hopton-on-Sea.
There are connections via Greater Anglia to Norwich and the wider network, making it the main departure point for walkers finishing the route from west to east.
